Brewing professionally since age 19 and studied Food Science at Ohio State University before earning advanced certifications in Cask Ale and British Brewing Technology through Brewlab at the University of Sunderland in England. He founded Icarus Brewing in 2017, and the brewery’s beers can now be found throughout New Jersey.
